Aposto in Schwetzingen

Never again: Waited 2 hours in a dark ambience for the food, served cold pizza. Just forget about the other half of the order you placed. No apology. No regret. Nothing! Is apparently completely normal for them. We completely ruined the day. I just can't believe that they supposedly have satisfied customers.

My favorite Lomal in Schwetzingen. View of the castle, balmy summer evening with sunset and a delicious cocktail. What more do you want... Food: good selection and everything was very tasty. Have been here many times and have never been disappointed. All the waitresses have always been very friendly and very fast despite the high number of people. Keep it up!!!

Food prices are too expensive. Quality is fine. I assume that the prices have a "Schlossplatz" surcharge, which is especially great in summer and you immediately get that holiday feeling when you sit there.

Unfriendly staff and the third time the pizza was finished 25 minutes later. Can't recommend anyone to order a pizza here. No excuse nothing. We will no longer order here!

After a few years in Schwetzingen and the various, constant testing of various catering establishments, I have to say that I like the Aposto best on Schlossplatz and in Schwetzingen as a whole. A solid kitchen with more than enough vegetarian dishes. Very nice operator and waitresses. Also my first choice for afternoon coffee or tea.

Cocktails are perfect or were perfect. But the SPARTACUS SALAD as the name suggests, meat was saved here. It had to be served 2 times because the lettuce leaves on the cut surface of the 1 salad plate were all brown, as if it had come from the day before. In addition, the salad was so hypothermic that you lost your appetite when you eat it. I then complained about it and a new one of the same was served without any problems. In the case of 2 salad products, the lettuce leaves were fresh but unfortunately not washed thoroughly, so that you noticed your sand when eating. Savings were also made on the chicken in a salad for EUR 12.90. Not even close to 100 grams of meat were on the salad. PITY. Since it was too embarrassing for me, I didn't want to complain a second time. The salad was loveless and prepared very primitively. But as already mentioned, the cocktails are also very recommendable during the happy hour. One star for the salad and five stars for the cocktail.

You can spend a really nice evening there, enjoy outside, the food is great, there are cocktails in happy hour, but unfortunately there are a lot of sugar syrup added to them and so sweet as pie

Pizza was delicious, pasta dish too, but for the price it could have been a few more pasta dishes. Nice service

Very nicely located in the town center, very nice and friendly wait staff. Was there for the first time. The starter tasted very good (Bruschetta Pomodoro) and was there quickly. We had to wait 45 minutes for the main course. Still very recommendable. Therefore only 4 stars.

Typical Aposto with solid quality. The visitor experience largely depends on the service. When we were there we received a friendly welcome, the food was good as always. No surprises. Gladly again.

Not served for over 20 minutes. Corona note then destroyed and note left there. Definitely recommended to come here if you don't want to be disturbed or served. The table was also more than dirty and sticky. Possibly comply with the hygiene regulations.

Super delicious food and a nice service, because the current queue in corona times is not surprising !! Simply reserve and then it fits! We love going to the Aposto!

Visit to 6. Although only 1 household, unfortunately when the weather is fine, only one table inside because you cannot put the tables together outside. Somewhat strange regulation. Food and drinks came quickly and price performance was also OK.

Simply delicious! I love the pizzas there and the price-performance ratio is right too. They also have delicious cocktails and the waitresses are always nice!

Perfect. Were there for the first time and will definitely come again. Most certainly. Everything really fits. Service, food, cocktails. There is nothing negative. Starters, bruchetta and pizza rolls with ham and mozzarella. Class! Pizza salami and Calzone men's business. Hammer! Pasta, the godfather, incredible. And finally a little madness, the cocktails. Keep it up and you won't get rid of us.

The cocktails are big and delicious, the food is a little expensive but also really great. It is really near the castle so it’s perfect for going before of after sightseeing, or to take a break from it.

Too noisy to eat, left before ordering due to that. Maybe good for the teenagers kissing and making out, as the ones i had at the next table.

Location: We got a sweat on the central square in Schwetzingen, which we choose and fortunately decided for the Aposto. The decisive moment was that, in contrast to the other restaurants, there was already a lot going on and they advertised homemade pasta. As such, Aposto offers enough comfortable seating outside. Eat: The food was very good and reasonably priced. The homemade pasta (I had the godfather) tasted very good and had fresh and tasty ingredients. Only the Norwegian salmon with baby spinach for 18 euros seemed a little overdrawn by the price-performance ratio. The cocktails were also interesting as they came with reusable straws, which I did not know so far. Service: We were served in a friendly manner, even though we noticed on the basis of the slightly longer waiting times that only two service employees were a bit overwhelmed with the mass of people. Conclusion: Overall a round experience, we will gladly come back.

Unfriendly staff, we were asked immediately to remove a bottle with water from the table that we brought with us. I placed it on as we just came and we were tired. No one was thinking to drink it. Anyway, as to the meal, I ordered pasta. It was very tasty and delicious however it was not cooked properly that is why it was like a big one piece.

My favorite restaurant in Schwetzingen! I have been there four times and three times I have gotten the same pizza but its just so good! The pizza called Goa is perfect if you like indian food, though the indian taste is not strong, just perfect. I love the koriander on top! They also have delicious cocktails, I've tried a new one every time I go and they all taste amazing! The staff is super friendly but on two occasions we had to wait quite a bit for our food, compared to the tables around us who arrived later but got their food earlier. I wish I could stay longer just to eat there more!

Very nice White Asparagus here. A lot of choice of topping, ham, steak, deep fried pork etc... Good for hang out with friends as after 9pm it’s turn to sport bar when there is football match.
